Alameda: Out on the Island, 1996. Six-panel folded brochure 3.2x8.5 inches, chronology, mission statement, membership form, very good text on white stock. The organization formed in May 1995 when the mayor of Alameda refused to sign a Gay Pride proclomation. The brochure tells the story of the actions that followed ending with a proclomation signed by Mayor Ralph Appezzato.
