Sobre este artículo
Oxford: Phaidon, 1988. First Edition. Hardcover. Very good/Very good. Inscribed by Michael Palin to fellow founding member of the Monty Python comedy troupe, Eric Idle, on the front flyleaf: "To Eric the Baptist - Happy Birthday, dahling! from one who shall come after - but only a little bit after, Michael the Palin, March 1989". It was Idle who sang "The Penis Song (Not the Noel Coward Song)" in the film Monty Python's The Meaning of Life (1983). Quarto: 80 p. with 60 illustrations, including 40 in color. Original teal cloth binding, with red titles. Some general rubbing to the dust jacket; otherwise very good.
From the library of revered English actor, comedian, musician, and writer Eric Idle, accompanied by a letter of provenance. Idle (b.1943) is a founding member of the British comedy troupe Monty Python, as well as the parody rock group The Rutles, and is the writer of the music and lyrics for the hit Broadway musical Spamalot.
