Sobre este artículo
New York: G. P. Putnam's Sons. Good+ with no dust jacket. 1929. First Printing. Hardcover. Anna Dodd (1858-1929) was an American author whose literary career included novels, short stories, essays, politics, etc., and this book on Normandy. First published in 1892, this is the first edition and first printing of the Putnam printing. This was quite popular in its day, and this Putnam edition is nicely illustrated with a color frontis and B&W drawings by Demachy. Original blue cloth covers with gilt spine and cover lettering. "An entirely new edition from new plates, with revisions and with new illustrations." The spine somewhat duller than the blue cloth covers and there is some shelf wear to the extremities. There is a little faint foxing to a couple of the preliminary pages, else this is a clean, tight book with no internal or external markings. ; B&W Illustrations; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 356 pages .
