Dublin: Curry, 1847. original 1847 edition, rebound in modern cloth boards, new endpapers, paper label on spine, as illustrated, owner signature on title page, presumably from 19C, 382pp, text clean and sound throughout, Rare in original format. Several works with the same title appeared around this time, and I am inclined towarrds Elizabeth Jane Brabazon. At the end of the book works by the same author are listed - Home Happiness, Stories from the Rectory, Statistical account of Ireland and Jessy Grey, or Biblical Instruction, all apparently rare too.. Second Edition. Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
