Spann started visiting the poet Ezra Pound in mid 1956 when he was incarcerated at St. Elizabeth's hospital, and later became his assistant, travelling with Pound and his family to live in Italy after his release in 1958. Generally good condition with cover soil and wear, text block sound, pages clean and unmarked.. First Edition. Soft Cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
