NY, 1948, 1948. First Edition. Soft cover. Fine. Printed red wrappers. 15pp + 52 black/white plates. Frontispiece in color. Erratum slip. This collection, in all piece but two from the Kaiser Friedrich Museum in Berlin, "formed part of the extensive cache of art objects recovered by General Patton's Third Army at Merkers, Germany, in the spring of 1945. These works of art had been removed from Berlin and stored in the extensive salt mines in that neighborhood." They were later to be returned to Germany. Fine with traces of wear to cover edges.

Shipping rate out of the U.S. may be more than shown depending one weight as default shipping is for books under 3 lbs. In special cases, we may request insurance to be added.
