(Early to Mid20th Century).. Reverse paintings on glass, 6 x 6.5 cm and 6.5 x 5.5 cm, spots of chipping and loss to the paint, but good, well-preserved examples. Attractive compositions in an unusual medium. Reverse glass painting has a long history dating from 1750 (see Crossman "The China Trade" pp. 203-219): these likely 20th Century examples were produced for the tourist trade. .
