Blue boards with gold writing to front. Some bumping and shelfwear.There is a black and white photograph inside of Lord Palmerston and Rowcliffe. What makes this book even more special is that it is autographed by George Julian Harney as it contains an account of his intervention as a Chartist candidate against Lord Palmerston in the Tiverton by-election of 1847.
