Sobre este artículo

Boston & New York:: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1935. A bright, clean, tight copy. Sharp corners. Bound in the original black cloth, stamped in bright red on the spine and front cover. The binding still has virtually all of its new book gloss. The Dust Jacket is just a little rubbed at the spine ends and corners, with some mild yellowing to the rear panel's white parts. NO chips. NO creases. NOT price-clipped (2.00). Protected by a removable mylar plastic (clear polyester film) jacket. NO owner's name or bookplate. No remainder mark. Johnson/Blanck (1942) p. 344 [in AMERICAN FIRST EDITIONS]. From the Dust Jacket: "In this drama of the industrial crisis, the author of the Pulitzer Prize poem, CONQUISTADOR, brings back the play in verse as an effective dramatic medium... The scene is New York; the time, late February, 1933, at the height of the banking crisis.". First Edition.. Hard Cover. Fine condition./Very Good dust jacket.. 8vo. x, 102pp..

Sobre About Books

About Books (Genny and Michael Winne, proprietors, formerly of Parsippany, New Jersey) has been selling rare and OP books since 1985. Besides book fairs and mail-order catalogues, long-time collectors and dealers will remember our lengthy For Sale ads in the Antiquarian Bookman and similar magazines. Our inventory of over 40,000 volumes is especially strong in the specialties listed, but contains fine books in a variety of other fields as well. Because most of our books are stored in protective boxes, rather than on shelves, they cannot be viewed as a whole. If you wish to visit us to examine specific titles, please provide 24 hours notice and we will make them available for your inspection. Phone calls to (702) 750-2722 are welcome, but please, only between the hours of 8am and 10pm (west coast time).
