Publisher's photographic boards, black spine lettering, light brown endpapers. Lower part of spine bumped with resulting crack (not affecting integrity). A very good copy in the original mylar. Inscribed by Amon Carter Jr to 'Clint McGlamery, a good Texas confederate'.
