With a striped dress and a hat with feathers. A cardboard stand is attached to the back of the doll. On the back of the dress is printed: "Wholesale and Retail Millinery, J. Peterson, 614 & 616 Penn St., Reading, Pa." On the back of the doll is printed "Copyrighted" without a date. No information has been located about the milliner J. Peterson.
