In dark brown full calf leather fine bindings, decorative embossed boards with gilt harp details, gilt decorations to spines with gilt lettering to dark green leather spine labels. Marbled endpapers and page edges. In very good condition. Some rubbing to edge of boards, corners slightly bumped. Some darkening and moderate foxing to engraved titles and frontis plates. One or two minor handling marks and minor foxing spots else inside pages all very clean and tight. xii + 268 & xvii + 201pp. Each illustrated with a decorative engraved title page (with vignette) and frontis plate. Portrait of Bunyan in Vol.1.
