Boards half bound with brown leather to spine and corners and marbled paper to boards. Light wear to spine caps and edges, small surface tear to leather on rear corner. Text block has has gilt top edge, marbled endpapers. Small glue stains on front endpaper from removed book plate, penciled note and checks on half-title page verso, light age-toning to paper. Illustrated: "Ouvrage illustré de 150 gravures sure bois et photogravures et d'une chromolithographie d'après des estampes de l'époque"- title page. Text in French.
