Parley's Cabinet Library, each volume originally published in 2 part wraps over 3 year period (email for original list as it appeared on rear covers and final list, about 1845). 1-10 in period Red half calf, marbled boards, speckled edges, 12-16 and 18-20 in period Black half calf, marbled boards, speckled edges, gilt stamped spines. 16mo. pp. (about 300 each). Very Good+. Many have cap, corner or edge rubbing, two have slightly bowed boards with faint dampstains to pages, foxing starting in several. A handsome set. Missing: Volumes 11 (History of the American Indian) and 17 (Book of Literature, With Specimens later published as Literature: Ancient and Modern). Volume 11 not bound with set as 2 copies of part 2 were originally mailed which are also available. (Sabin 27913)..
