A true treasure. 355 pages. 9.25 x 6.25 inches. 1999, Times Books. (There seems to be a mix-up with ISBN numbers on the back of the book and the one on the copyright page, between the Times Books Printing and the Random House Printing and Trade paperback vs Hardcover. Whatever the correct ISBN for this book, it is a Trade Paperback Published in 1999 by Times Books).
