GB: Longman, Hurst, Rees, Orme and Brown., 1817. Four volumes eaxch with a halftitle and a title page. 323, 405, 403 and 500 pages. Volume 3 has four pages of adverts at end. Clean tight texts bound in old half brown leather and marbled boards. Spine has tiwn gold rules and leather title labels. Both voumes have sound bindings BUT the spine of Volume 3-4 has a 25 x 12 mm chip top left of spine and a closed tear. Lower joint of leather has broeken and spine needs regluing. Rear cover is firmly held. A pleasant set but in need of some repair. SPECIAL POSTAGE RATES APPLY Packed weight 1500g. . 1st Edition. Hardback. Good/No DW.
