Slightly smaller book, blue cloth with line embossed design to bottom half of front and back, silver lettering bright on spine, blue inside covers and adjacent end papers, ink note at top first front end paper, 244 lightly browned heavy pages. DJ green and blue beneath mylar, praise for Cane on back from Padraic Colum, William Rose Benet, New York Book Review, Jacques Maritain and others. DJ has very slight surface wear to front tips, two tiny nicks with light crease at bottom front edge, microtear and light wear at spine top edge, very tiny wear spot at spine bottom right edge, white back very slightly and uniformly browned. Near Very Good DJ/Very Fine book.
