Virtually the entire regiment was focused on operations during 2008 in one form or another and, not surprisingly, so will this report. All our soldiers and those CF members serving with us conducted themselves with tactical and technical excellence, coupled with determination, energy, and elan in prepraing for and / or securing their assigned missions. Sadly, as is sometimes the case, in the pursuit of our nation's goals eighteen of our comrades were killed-in-action and numerous wounded.
