Author is an important scientist who also wrote "The Israeli artificial rainfall stimulation experiment: Statistical evaluation for the period 1961-1965." This is the authors original doctoral dissertation with full length original Hebrew and English summary. Some yellowing to pages due to age. Binding in fair, book is in overall good condition.
