In these 'transpositions,' intriguing nude photographs by Szekessy are juxtaposed with Wunderlich's versions, or replies, in the form of paintings and prints. The result is a fascinating dialogue. Raddatz's introduction and some contextual and art historical references enrich the experience. He writes, 'The sum of history is a catastrophe.
