Sobre este artículo
Memphis, Tennessee: SIR Isaac Pitman & Sons. Very Good. 1982. First Edition. Hardcover. Pictorial hard cover. 31pp. Beautifully illustrated. A poetic historical rendition of the 1941, Pembroke Peabody Ducks. The Peabody fountain received it's first ducks as the result of a prank by friends returning from a hunting trip in the 1930's. The result of the prank was unexpected enthusiasm and the tradition began. In 1941 Bellman, Edward Pembroke, a former circus trainer, offered to help with delivering the ducks to the fountain each day and taught them the now-famous Peabody Duck March. He remained the Duckmaster until 1991. ; 8vo .
