III (numbered 29-40 & 1-8), & 36 p. in vol. IV (numbered 9-44). Full leather with gilt trim to boards, raised bands on spines. All edges red. Black and red text on title pages. Hinges cracking, corners worn, some scuffing to boards. Spine labels chipped. Small red label "Heraldry Today" on rear pastedown in vol. I has slightly marked rear free endpaper. Small chip at bottom of p. 5 of coats of arms section in vol. I, followed by small tear in next page. Vol. II has small worm hole in front pastedown extending to p. 24 of coats of arms section. Dampstains throughout vol. IV and spine darker on vol. IV.
