With illustrations throughout including hieroglyphics on an obelisk in Luxor, Stonehenge, various cathedrals including Canterbury, among others. Topics include Native Americans in California, Stonehenge, the human pulse, etc. In FAIR condition. LACKING FRONT WRAP. Moderate to heavy browning to the first page and rear cover, with moderate foxing, and some soiling. Minor pen marks on the lower margin of the first page. Heavy tattering and tearing along the extremities, with some tears affecting the page internally. Heavy creasing to the page corners. Scattered foxing and minor soiling to the interior.
