Color pictorial endpapers, B&W title vignette, B&W full-page & textual illustrations & 6 color plates by the author. Good.

Our office is open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and frequently later. An answering machine will take your message after hours and when we are out of the office.
