Sobre este artículo

New York: George Braziller, 1965. Hardcover. VG- (Boards are lightly edgeworn with mild scuffing/smudging; textblock edges are lightly toned; interior is clean; binding is solid.)/Good (DJ is moderately edgeworn, with scuffing/smudging/foxing.). Persian Blue cloth over boards; gilt lettering. Color-illus. dj with blue lettering on white spine. 288 pp. 404 illus. with 33 in color. When published, this was the first work to present "all the riches of Persian architecture in a single volume." It follows the combination of form and embellishment that is the hallmark of Persian architecture, from works of the 6th century to the 18th-century Safavid mosques, including the splendid Masjid-i-Shah (Royal) Mosque in Isfahan.
