Volume bears 1942 date but likely published c.1947-63. Volume lacks the dust jacket. ML #255.1. --- An unmarked, clean and tightly bound copy, though with mild sunning to spine and somewhat dulled cover & spine gilding.; 12mo 7" - 7-1/2" tall; xxii, 714 pages .
