Two poems, Illustrated by Frederick Simpson Coburn. frontis., 13 pages 3 plates, cloth-backed pictorial pale tan boards, gilt rules in dust jacket.Prospectus with press notices (single leaf) for the author's the Habitant laid in. The front panel of the jacket bears title and author, the rear panel carries the same text as the laid in prospectus. Book: about 30% of the front cover lightly damp stained; corners of covers of several leaves very lightly damp stained; corners of covers lightly bumped; very small areas of covers lightly dust soiled; prospectus a bit frayed along edges. Jacket: damp stained, stained by internal sellotape reinforcement, and chipped; but without loss of any printedvarea. Despite the noted defects, this copy is unusually bright. Uncommon in the jacket.
