Nonetheless, a rather stunning tour de force of the skills of romance writers and romance illustrators, something simply not to be found in any form today. Art Deco, Flapper-ish Fashion, Vintage Romance Fiction moods prevail. There is even a paper doll page, in color, to be cut out and played with, still untouched. A notable editorial, "Why Not A Woman in the Cabinet?", appears front-and-center. Kathleen Norris; Mary Roberts Rinehart; Margaret Prescott Montague et al are some of the contributors, along with a host of skilled illustrators of the hard-workin' type at that time.
