Photocopy of compilation by author of Pierson -Pearson family information from Tuscaloosa and Bibb Counties Alabama on record in Tuscaloosa Public Library. Also sections of research notes by the author. Pages numbered but some information seems to be out of sequence.Tuscaloosa County was formed 2-7-1818 from the CHickasaw and Choctaw Sessions of 1816. Counties formed from Tuscaloosa were Marion, Greene, Pickens, Walker, Fayette, and Hale. Bibb County was formed at the same time and was originally named Cahaba but later changed to Bibb in 1820. Many other surnames included in this compilation include Telford, Keziar, Howell, Hayes, Browning, Martin, Lowery, Lawrence, Edmonds, Ray, Williams, and others. Some of the pages are light due to copy process. Most other pages are legible. Will be in report cover for protection. Will be three hole punched. Scarce.
