A crisp, clean copy in the publisher's green cloth, very good or better, with one of the plates detached and laid-in. No markings; a sharp example. Dust jacket good only, with several tears at the fore-edges, and missing the top 25% of the spine (including all the top text). Uncommon edition in any dust jacket.
