Early edition of Poems by Alfred Tennyson in full morocco biding.With beautiful decorative gilt to the boards and spine. The sixth edition of this collection. With poetry written and published in 1830, 1832 and 1833. Tennyson is one of Britain's best known poets who was Poet Laureate during much of the Victorian era. In full morocco binding. Externally, smart. There is some bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. There is some light rubbing to the leather in these areas and to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean with the odd spot to the endpapers. Very Good

Where are We?
Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
