Sobre este artículo
Published by S. and J. Ridge of Newark, 1808. Half-title, Frontis (of Harrow School), Dedication, 174 pp., with "said" misspelled on p. 115 and "Stanza 6" correctly numbered on page 29. Bookplate of former owner (loosely inserted) & his dated signature. A scarce, complete copy with the half-title as issued and with "Childish Recollections" removed by the printer (mid-printing) at Byron's request. A later, unauthorized edition was issued by Ridge with an 1811 watermark. This authorized copy is on unwatermarked paper (See Wise 1:10). Bound in handsome full morocco by Bayntun; spine with raised bands and attractive gilt detail and title. Fine.
