With a the addition of The Vicar of Wakefield Memoir bound to the front. Adorned with several plates, decorative head and tail pieces, and an engraved frontispiece of Goldsmith. Oliver Goldsmith was a Irish novelist, playwright and poem who is best known for his work 'The Vicar of Wakefield'. In a decorative crushed morocco binding with gilt lettering to the spine. Externally, generally sound but with light rubbing. Internally, firmly bound, bright and clean aside from the odd spot. Neat copperplate ink inscription to the half title. Very Good Indeed

Where are We?
Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
