Near fine condition with light rubbing to the spine ends, good hinges, firm text block, clean pages, attractive and unusual engraved bookplate of May Odhola Phelps inside front cover, no other names or markings.. Hard Cover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
