New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1923. Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. I'm listing this book - not because of its contents, but because this is Valentine's Day (2024) and because of the inscriptions on the book's first free end paper: "To celebrate an anniversary and to mark another memorable date in history, this utterly inadequate gift is sent by a very humble Tim. June 19, 1923". Written below this is: "January 19 - when we discovered we were in love!". On the inside of the front cover, opposite these touching inscriptions is written "Mary Agnes Leonard". Gilt lettering on red covers. 12mo size, 140 pages. The back cover is damaged on the top edge and the spine is age darkened.
