The first edition of this collection of poems originally written when Garcia Lorca lived in New York and attended Columbia University, in 1929-1930, but not published until after he had died and the Spanish Civil War had ended. Spanish text, and English translation by Rolfe Humphries. A very near fine copy in a very good dust jacket with chips at the spine extremities and flap folds and a tear at the lower front panel. Unless otherwise noted, our first editions are first printings. First Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine.
