Excellent - Hardcover, with Fair DJ. DJ has the not been clipped of original price. DJ has a tear long the crease of the front fold over edge, light soil, some small chips aroknd edges.
Book is Excellent. Yellow Cloth cover. Also has Nice illustrations beside the poems. Does not state who did the Illustrations. Hundreds of poems for all occasions.
Thick book, 304 pages, 7x10-1/4.
She was 96 yrs old when this was published. Rare to be signed.
It says on DJ: This is her second book. The poems speak to children in a language they can readily understand. The poems are easy for young children to read themselves. Also parents and teachers will enjoy reading these simple interpretations of the Bible to those still not able to read. The purpose of these poems is to teach children how to become Christians, how to please the Lord each day, how to obey their parents and teachers, and how to get along with others in a spiirit of peace and love.
