A clean, tight and bright volume with a beautiful binding and a worn exterior front hinge. 75 poems including Locksley Hall a dramatic monologue written as a set of 97 rhyming couplets.
The Princess is a serio-comic blank verse narrative poem, was first published in 1847. Tennyson was Poet Laureate of the United Kingdom from 1850 to 1892 and remains one of the most popular English poets.
