Blue cloth cover with bright Gilt and Black Grecian Decoration, including a Lyre and Urn, and Gilt Grounds to lettering on front & spine. Beveled Edges. All Page Edges Gilt. Frontis illustrated with a Monochrome Portrait of the elderly Poet with facsimilie signature beneath. Text is within a Red Linear Border. Illustrated with some B&W Full-Page Plates. 632 Pages, 7 1/2" Tall, 630g. Undated Edition, circa 1880s. Some wear to cloth at tips of corners and spine ends with a few tiny bits missing. Spine colour slightly faded (see photos). Hinges cracked. Frontispiece has a very faint brown stain. Pages in very good, clean condition. No inscriptions except an old penciled date on back of frontis. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall
