In attractive full red calf leather fine prize binding, gilt paneled boards with crest to front “Roysses School, Abingdon.” Raised banding and gilt decorations to spine with black leather spine label lettered in gilt. Marbled endpapers, top page edges gilt. In very good condition. Some minor fading to spine and minor rubbing to ends. Some slight handling to boards else clean and smart. Prize label to front endpaper “Form Prize, G.A. Mortlemans, June 1908.” Some mild foxing to blank prelims and frontis plate, some minor foxing to page edges else pages all very clean and tight throughout. Else a very good clean and tight copy. 510pp. With B&W engraved frontis portrait.
