Includes Gertrude of Wyoming as well as other poems including Ye Mariners of England (A Naval Ode), Glenara, Battle of the Baltic (Nelson and the naval Battle of Copenhagen in 1801), Lochiel, Hohinlinden, Ode to Burns, and Lord Ullin's Daughter. 200 by 140mm (7¾ by 5½ inches). Brown leather with raised bands to spine with gilt titles and gilt decorations to panels. Front has elaborate gilt borders to front and back boards. Marbled endpapers with floral dentelle decoration. Nineteenth century owner's name to prelim. More modern ex-libris label to endpapers. Spine is faded. Rubbed to edges. Some marks and light stains to front and occasionally to back. Binding is sound. Text is clean. Good+, sound copy . Hardback. 1854.
