Brown, vertical rib-grain cloth over boards; covers blind stamped with central publisher's device enclosed in strapwork, acanthus and tendril frame; gilt floral pattern and letters on spine. Clean covers and spine; moderately scuffed on covers; rubbed to boards at fore corners; chipped with some fabric loss at spine ends; foxing on text block edges; partial crack at front hinge but still tightly bound; light foxing on end papers; clean interior. 10 pp of adverts at rear. 16mo, 349 pp.
