The following book is an attempt to answer these questions and to elucidate points of obscurity connected with them." 419 pages with index. Red cloth covers with gilt title lettering on front and spine. Cover corners are bumped and rubbed, edges rubbed, wear and small marks to cover faces. Spine is faded, top spine end is very frayed and torn, bottom end is bent and starting to fray. Gilt top page edge. Ex. library with identification numbers on bottom spine, library bookplate on front inside cover, embossed stamp on first contents page, due date list back free endpaper, pocket envelope on back inside cover. Both hinges are broken. Light browning to interior page edges, otherwise clean. Book in VG- condition.. Cloth. Very Good-. Size: Approx. 6 1/2" x 10 1/4". Great Britain.
