This ornithological work was written by Hugh Whistler, an English police officer and ornithologist who worked in India. The wrap is sound with loss to the head and tail of the spine, creasing, sunning to the spine, small closed tears to the extremities and slight marks. Tape repairs to the verso. Internally firmly bound with generally bright and clean pages with the odd spot, heavier to the front blanks. Very Good
