Sobre este artículo
As described on its website, the Porcupine's Quill "is an artisanal book publisher that values the art and craft of the book in form and content" located in Erin Village, Ontario. Well-known and respected as a publisher of new Canadian writers, the Porcupine Quill was founded in the 1970s and has gone on to publish a variety of works, including four by authors who would go on to be nominated for the Governor General Awards.
Edited by Porcupine's Quill editor John Metcalf and publisher Tim Inkster, the Reader is a collection of short stories and anecdotes by the authors who have had an association with the press over the course of its history and provides. Providing something of a behind-the-scenes account of the publisher, it is described as "a tonic for the literary voyeur."
This copy is in as new condition and is signed by John Metcalf on the title page.
