Original full black leather binding, beveled boards, blind ruled borders, titles stamped in gold, ribbed spine, patterned endpapers, all edges gilt, 1033 pages, illustrated with photographs and engravings. A remarkably well preserved copy, clean and unmarked. Binding solid, hinges good, covers excellent with a few minor, very small nicks to the leather.
