Peoples Book Club. Very Good+ in Good dust jacket. 1945. Hardcover. ; Green cloth cover has light wear at corners and caps but clean and in very good+ condition. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Color pictorial paste downs and end sheets. There's damp stain in the gutter on the first several pages. Color illustrated title page along with several color illustrated pages. Pages are clean and in very good condition. Dust jacket is tattered at edges with some tape repairs and stain on the underside of the DJ, but still attractive. Publisher's price of $2.50 on DJ flap. DJ protected by a clear, acid-free mylar cover to preserve the DJ and add luster to magnify its beauty or improve its appearance. Pictured here without the mylar cover for an accurate visual of it's condition. .
