Pages are lightly tanned and foxed throughout, heavier to endpapers and pastedowns. Black pen marking and pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Cracking to gutters of a few pages with exposed binding. Some pencil marginalia to pages. Binding is slightly shaky. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Soft crushing to spine ends with small splits. Minor dark marking to rear board. Mild tanning to spine and edges. Book is forward leaning. Faint dark staining overall.
