Sobre este artículo
Pater-noster Row, London: H.D. Symonds, 1812. Fifth edition, with additions by John Lawrence. Illustrated with eight hand-coloured plates - 7 of grasses and a folding plate of corn blight, octavo, pp 116, wide-margined and untrimmed, endpapers foxed but otherwise only very slightly marked internally, contemporary boards with later simple cloth spine and paper label, the front hinge strengthened, but a pleasing copy. [Curtis was an eminent botanist, born in Alton, Hampshire in 1746. His book was an attempt to promote the pasture grasses and to ensure a pure supply was developed. Joseph Banks' pamphlet was first published in 1805. It was included in Curtis' work from the fourth edition onwards.]. Fifth edition. Cloth-backed boards. Good.
