Printed on coated paper and illustrated with full page and smaller photos on nearly every page. One of the books by this prolific poetic naturalist the book is a paean to nature both verbally and visually. Beautiful book. Light wear most noticeable at the spine top/bottom and tips. An unmarked book with undamaged hinges. VERY GOOD. 1st Edition.. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket.
